The company is entrepreneurial and is currently entering an exciting growth phase. They wish to recruit an accomplished Property Finance Analyst to help with increased enquiry and investment flow.
The Role:
- Analyse and prepare credit applications for inclusion with the fund loans portfolio.
- Analysis of registered valuers reports and client balance sheet analysis.
- Work with the Broker Referral Network to obtain information for loan applications, inspection of properties and meeting prospective borrowers.
- Preparation of loan offers and instructions to Solicitors as well as processing loan applications.
