What will you do?
You will be providing support on a large organisation change and transformation project. You will facilitate meetings, scheduling, and input into financial reporting. In addition, you will create and manage project artefacts, and provide coordination for change processes.
A day in the life:
- Build effective relationships with various stakeholders
- Create and maintain the risks and issues registers
- Update and maintain the project plan, finances, budgets and schedules
- Provide coordination and logistics expertise to support consultation and change processes
- Range of clerical support
Your background:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator
- Strong engagement and communication skills
- Have worked on a change and IT related project

Travel to other sites within Wellington may be required.
